Nah Uxibal was created with the idea of providing a peaceful, private environment where guests can truly relax and rejuvenate. We are located on a quiet, residential bay. All accommodations are comfortable and tastefully decorated, equipped with full kitchens, king beds, and ceiling fans. Nah Uxibal can accommodate up to 14 people, and is a great way for large groups to be together while still having their own "private" places.

On the upper story of the Main House is the Master Suite UXIBAL. This is a very special two bedroom home with an additional sleeping area on the third floor. The open, spacious floor plan, the large ocean terrace, all under a grand palapa roof will take your breath away. UXIBAL is a simply gorgeous home filled with many special touches and is great for families or groups of up to six people.

Open Sitting Area between Studios

The lower floor of the Main House consists of two downstairs studio units separated by a large open sitting area. A soothing waterfall, comfortable couches, and the sea breeze all make this central area perfect for reading or socializing. The Studios KIN and AKNA on either side of the open lobby are large fully equipped one room units ideal for singles or couples. You"ll find all you need to be comfortable in these high quality yet reasonably priced units.

Casa IK and Casa HA sit at the front of the property, closest to the water and on either side of the Main House. These romantic units with dinning areas and elevated bedrooms are perfect for honeymooners, anniversaries, or couples looking for a special getaway. These beach front getaways are our most popular.

Casa Ha

Drinking water and daily cleaning is provided for each unit, as well as kayaks, lounge chairs and shade palapas for guest use.

We are very lucky to have Javier and Victoria on site as caretakers. Not only are they wonderful at their jobs but are a warm and friendly couple happy to be there. They will do anything possible to help make your stay enjoyable. Your quarters will be cleaned daily (except Sunday) and linens changed every three days. You will feel very well taken care of in the hands of Javier and Victoria who will become good friends as well.

Casa IK

Lady and Donkey are the friendly dogs of Nah Uxibal. They love to go on walks and are more than willing to be your "personal compainions" during your stay. If you prefer not to have thier company, you only have to tell them once and they will understand. They are great with kids and wonderful watch dogs, not to mention very loveable.
